Kia Forte

This Kia Forte was a bit worn when it came to me for a full detail. As you can see, the before photos below show the amount of contamination and debris on the external surfaces of the paint, trim, and glass.

To transform the vehicle, a full decontamination wash was required, including a pre-soak with a high pH all purpose cleaner followed by a soak from the foam cannon with an alkaline soap. This was completely rinsed and then re-soaked with the same foam soap before the full contact wash. After the contact wash and rinse, a chemical (iron remover) and mechanical decontamination (clay towel) was completed.

The vehicle was then ready for a polish to enhance the gloss on the paint and remove some surface level scratches. After a full polish, we were ready to seal in the shine with a nano-diamond coating offered by Diamond ProTech. Diamond Body 36, topped with Diamond Quick Body, is a 36-month rated nano coating designed to protect the paint and trim from excessive UV exposure, chemical impacts, and to make maintenance washing easy.

This vehicle was one of my most rewarding efforts because of the profound transformation.
